Although the first ten years of the Panel are regarded as unsuccessful (only four matters were considered by the Panel), since 2000, it has considered more than 300 matters. Ian Ramsay is the Harold Ford Professor of Commercial Law at Melbourne Law School, University of Melbourne, where he is also Director of the Centre for Corporate Law and Securities Regulation.
