Join us to hear Chris Hammer in conversation about his bestselling classic book, The River.
The Gendered Violence Research Network (GVRN) UNSW, Sydney invites you to the launch of the book Daughters of Durga by Dr Manjula Datta O'Connor and an interactive performance by SNEH community theatre from Victoria.
Dr Manjula Datta O'Connor will present the findings in her book, followed by insights and a Q & A session.
After a break and light refreshments, the audience will be introduced to Sneh community participatory theatre as tool for action research. This will be followed by a theatre performance.
Copies of the book will be on sale in the foyer on the day.
