Refunds and Returns Policy

We understand that from time-to-time you may need to return a book purchased through us.

Please note the below policy is only valid for the return of physical books. E-books have a no-return and no-refund policy.

Before returning any books please contact MUP Customer Service Team on mup-contact@unimelb.edu.au to discuss your reason for requiring a return and get an approval to return an item to MUP. If the reason is because of damaged goods, we require a photo attached to your email requesting approval.

Refunds and Returns Policy

Before contacting MUP regarding a book return please understand the following refunds and returns policy:-

· MUP will not pay for postage if you are returning an item because you have changed your mind, or made a mistake in your ordering.

· MUP will pay for return postage if the return is due to our error or goods are received damaged; however you must contact us at mup-contact@unimelb.edu.au with a photo to get approval before returning to us.

· If you have changed your mind, or made a mistake, we require notification within 2 business days of the recorded delivery date.

· If you received a faulty or damaged item, we require notification within 2 business days of the recorded delivery date.

· If the item you received is not what you ordered, we require notification within 5 business days of the recorded delivery date.

· MUP are NOT obligated to offer a refund for products that are returned damaged to MUP. The MUP address is Level 1, 715 Swanston Street, Carlton VIC 3053

· To qualify for a refund an item must be returned in perfect condition ready to be resold. Failure to package a returning item properly will undoubtedly result in no refund and the product will be returned to the customer.

· A refund issued for a return will be for the value of the returned item only and does not cover the cost of return postage unless it is MUPs error.
