Be entertained as Jeffrey, who pens The Australian’s acclaimed Strewth! column, and Morton, the newspaper’s social affairs writer, riff about family, social mobility, and real and imagined borders.

Rick Morton is the social affairs writer at the The Australian with a particular policy focus on the National Disability Insurance Scheme, aged care and population, but also writing on homelessness, social trends, drugs, and religion. He also writes features.

James Jeffrey  was conceived in Hungary, born in Britain, and raised in Australia. He is the Strewth columnist and parliamentary sketch writer for The Australian.  My Family and Other Animus  is derived from his popular Home Truths column that ran in The Australian. He lives in Sydney with his wife and two children.
