One Hundred Years of Dirt: Rick Morton in conversation with Michael Rowland at Readings Carlton

Award-winning journalist Rick Morton’s One Hundred Years of Dirt is an unflinching memoir in which the mother is a hero who is never rewarded. It is a meditation on poverty, on the anger and fear of others, and on an obsession with real and imagined borders. Yet it is also a testimony to the strength of familial love and endurance. Morton will discuss his book with ABC News Breakfast’s Michael Rowland.
