Much-loved, award-winning food writer and commentator, and author of the humorous ‘Brain Food’ weekly column in the Age’s Good Food section, Richard Cornish will be in conversation with Dani Valent.

Richard’s book Brain Food collects his best columns from 2010–2016. Richard’s mission is to bring something authentic to the deadly serious tone of Australia’s food media. ‘Brain Food’ was born from his desire to have fun with the concepts of food, cooking and dining, laughing along the way.
